Ford will open 100 specific commercial van centres across the country offering extended opening hours and elevated service standards, but Hartwell Abingdon is the very first.
Ian Wilmore, General Manager at Hartwell Abingdon said: “We are feeling positive as we go into the New Year, enquiries are up and this is only going to improve as Ford introduces new commercial models in the coming months. Hartwell is leading the way and the standards for the Ford Transit Centres across the country.”
Abingdon’s Transit Centre has an experienced and dedicated team of commercial vehicles sale executives and technicians. The Centres are designed to provide a cutting edge environment for Ford’s next generation of vans as well as introducing Ford’s Transit24 aftersales programme, which aims to minimise vehicle downtime and reducing the running cost throughout the van’s lifetime.
Kevin Godfrey, Hartwell managing director, said: “The launch of our new Transit Centre in Abingdon is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the excellent new range of commercial vehicles from Ford and further improve the level of care for our customers.”
In 2014, Ford will overhaul their range of commercial vehicles with four new models, the Transit Courier, the Transit Connect, Transit Custom and Transit, all being introduced.
