Prince Harry crowned the ultimate car companionBack

SEATMiiA new special edition SEAT Mii has just been launched by MANGO city car, and to celebrate, SEAT UK has revealed results from its recent poll on women driver’s ultimate car companion.

The survey, conducted by Opinion Matters for SEAT UK has revealed that women have very clear ideas about who they would like to have travelling beside them in their new SEAT Mii – or any other car for that matter!

It was no surprise to learn that top of the female vote was Prince Harry, who received one quarter of the votes to become the person most women would like to sit next to when driving about town. David Beckham came second with 21 per cent of the votes, whilst his beautiful wife, Victoria not fairing very well at all with just 6 per cent of the votes.

Famous car companions who are topical at the moment included Simon Cowell who was not very popular with only 8 per cent of the votes, but the real shock of the poll was so-called heart throb from popular band One Direction, Harry Styles, who received as little as 5 per cent of the votes- perhaps looks don’t always count…

Votes for the most popular women to share your car with included Jennifer Lawrence who received the highest score with 18 per cent for being the ultimate female car companion, whilst a fellow royal family member, Kate Middleton, received 17 per cent of the votes, beating Beyonce who received just 10 per cent.

The poll went on to question female drivers about the age-old stereotype that men are better drivers than women. Women reacted by showing that they are more confident than ever about their motoring abilities with as high as 70 per cent considering themselves to be more skilled drivers than their partners or other men they knew.

In fact, women were so confident that almost half (49%) believed that they have a better sense of direction than their male counterparts.

The SEAT Mii by MANGO is a striking city car available exclusively in either nude or black, with contrasting interior including Alcantara upholstery (three or five door options available).

Boasting atom grey door mirrors, stylish 15″ alloy wheels, chrome door strips and a spacious boot, the SEAT Mii by MANGO is the ideal fashion accessory, priced from £10,995 on the road. Please visit www.seat.co.uk for more information.
