Car enthusiasts from across the country can start the New Year off in style by attending the Performance Car Show held at Birmingham’s NEC from 8-11th January.
On display at the Show will be a collection of the latest road-going supercars, classic icons and World Championship winners – a spectacle not to be missed by car fans.
Last year, the Show was attended by 82,000 people, and this year promises to be even more popular. Presented by Landsail Tyres in association with Autocar and PistonHeads, the Show is held alongside Europe’s largest motorsport show, Autosport International.
Some of the not-to-be-missed cars on show include LaFerrari, a Mercedes F1 driven by Lewis Hamilton to win the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, a Ferrari 458 Speciale, a McLaren 650 S, a Lamborghini Huracan , a Ferrari F40 and an Ariel Atom 3.5R.
A BMW i8 will also be on display, representing the future of motoring. The i8 us a revolutionary yet accessible hybrid supercar containing a three-cylinder turbo engine that combines with an electric motor to produce 357bhp.
Further events at the Performance Car Show include the Autocar Supercar Display, Pie and Piston Pub by PistonHeads.com and the opportunity to see a selection of winners from the prestigious What Car? Awards 2015, just hours after the winners are named.
