"The experience at Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford was fantastic because the guys could not have been more helpful. Jake and Dave were so supportive when I was having issues with insurance. They were brilliant. The only this I was disappointed with was there were two marks on the door of the car that I pointed out before we bought it but was assured they would be removed but they are still there. I felt as tbey had been so helpful I coykdnt go back."
"I would not recommend Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford because when I bought the car I was told that gap insurance had been included with everything else in the price . Then was told it had been left off and I would have to pay an extra £469 The excuse was that there staff member was new and now had left the company That is a cop out and also that must be down to the training that they had provide him with If you make a mistake just say it , don’t need excuses "

"I would not recommend Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford because it took over a month to receive payment for my trade in car. I had to ring my bank twice a week then chase caffyns over and over until the finance department spotted their error but then they made another error and i had to case them again until someone filled out the transfer correctly and i got paid. Nightmare :("

"I had a great experience at Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford because they spent a long time ensuring I had the car I wanted and made sure I was ready to drive off with it. They have asked since about how I've got on. Finance-wise I did make use of the 14 day cooling off period as I felt intimidated by the responsibility of the finance agreement being tied to the car and the conditions applied. I felt I should have seen the paperwork before picking the car up rather than on the day in order to consider other financial options. I would recommend to others that they consider other loans before settling for finance agreement."

"I would not recommend Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford because whilst I was happy with the vehicle I didn't go away feeling satisfied with the customer service provided by the sales team and the manager. The problem with the company not making many sales seemed to be reflected in the sale of the vehicle to me. When I went on a test drive, the petrol light was flashing, there was minimal petrol in the car. When I asked whether any petrol would be put in the tank, not even £10/20 was agreed and when I picked up the car the petrol was still the same if not even lower. The advice of the sales man was remember don't forget to get to a petrol station ASAP. The salesman didn't advise the history of the car or show us the log book. Network q was carried out but the findings not advised to us. This was found out by asking another dealer in the end. "

"Caffyns Vauxhall Ashford staff were good because ....they were very friendly, but in a personal way, not just salesman way. They spoke to me in a way that I would understand and feel at ease to ask any questions. They made me feel relaxed, even on the test drive, as no one likes the feeling your back on your driving test again. But I felt very comfortable. They helped me find the car I wanted and arranged a test drive, but that morning, another car came in with what the salesman thought would be more suitable for me. Which it was! Exactly what I wanted. So he understood my need. As silly as they were! (Easy reach cup holder, heated seats) So he quickly arranged for the new car to be inspected so we could take it out there and then. And then he rallyed round to get it ready for me to pick up the following week. Paul has cintacted me since, to make sure im happy or if I need any help. I have been very happy with the service I received."

Also when I called about my previous finance company taking an extra payment it was difficult to get anyone to care "you'll get it back when it's processed...." Not good enough. Also when I rang and then came in to collect the tyre kit noone seemed to know anything, I had to stand around waiting, speed is not your strong point"
