"I would not recommend Pentagon Lincoln because, copy of email to Pentagon Customer Care Team; On the 14th Feb 2018 we placed a £250 deposit on a DS3, WU65USX at Pentagon Citroen, Lincoln. The vehicle is registered to Mrs Nicola Jones, as this was to be a gift for her 50th birthday. After negotiations we finally agreed on the following . Under a promotional offer Pentagon offered 12 months RAC Breakdown Assistance and a 24 month Pentagon Approved Used Vehicle Warranty. Replace all four alloy wheels (under a manufacturer recall). Replace a damaged heater control switch. Due to the untidy condition of the interior, the dealership would carry out a full valet. Order a full set of DS3 car mats. All the above conditions of sale were agreed by Mr Zak Lilley who additionally sought confirmation from his Sales Manager. After three weeks of negotiation, two alloys were eventually replaced and the other two alloys were refurbished. Final confirmation of the vehicle collection was given on the 7th Mar 2018, arrangement for collect would be on the 10th Mar 2018. On collection the vehicle interior was still in a very poor condition. (Observations below brought to the attention of Mr Lilley). The passenger seat was still heavily stained, Body glitter and crumbs on the front and rear seats, Dried food down the side of the passenger seat, The front console, integral air freshener missing, (item sourced from another vehicle), Layers of dust on the driver controls and louvers of the air vents, And a small brown colouring pencil left in-between the front windscreen and dashboard. After a considerable amount of time and effort I was able to restore the vehicle interior to a standard expected from that of a professional valet. The test drive was a small route around a housing estate, not lending itself to the full extent of the driving experience by not being able to select fifth gear. The paperwork was incorrect, we had agreed on a 24 month warranty and not the 12 month warrant offered on collection. To that extent we declined to sign the warranty. I was advised this was an admin error and it would be rectified. We were advised that the car mats (ordered on the 14th Feb 2018) were unavailable because the parts department was closed. In conclusion; We had already waited over three weeks for the vehicle because of incompetence and mismanagement in replacing the wheels. The car interior was still in a poor state. The warranty paperwork was incorrect and the car mats were unavailable. There was an uneasy and unsatisfactory atmosphere on collection of the vehicle and an element of mistrust towards Mr Lilley. I found it hard to believe when he handed me a hard copy of the JudgeService survey and prompted us to rate our overall experience as Completely Satisfied by drawing six arrows around a smiley face. I can’t believe I paid a £150 admin charge for all of this incompetence and lack of attention to detail. I advised Mr Lilley that I may be able to collect the warranty and car mats if I was in the area, if not he agreed to forward the warranty to my email address. To date, with regards to the 24 month warranty I have emailed both Mr Lilley and the Sales Manager with no reply. I have also called Lincoln Pentagon and left messages with his work associates. There appears to be a total communication breakdown and no urgency in resolving the outstanding issue from Pentagon Lincoln. Could you forward me the 24 month warranty that was originally agreed with the dealership at the time of sale; and after consideration into the unsatisfactory purchasing experience, a refund of the administration fee? "I would recommend Rob @ horold wood Audi, he was honest and professional, I noticed other staff members seemed to be less helpful/attentive. My vehicle was 60k + and I received this with marks and scratches, I was advised that this was acceptable and that the level of condition was within the terms which Audi would deem acceptable. Some efforts we’re made to remove these scratches however I felt that many scratches remained. I spent around 2/3 hours waiting during this time. I would expect a car of 6 months old or less to be in better condition, perhaps my standards are too high. I was happy with the hand over and documentation provided on the day of sale, I received complimentary fuel, which I am greatful for. After the sale I spent some time chasing up the V5 document, I did not enjoy this experience. I also Requested that my Registered keeper document be completed online, this was not the case. I am planning to have the pairwork corrected at my own cost. Thank you for reading my review "

I was less impressed that there was no courtesy car available for warranty work and that the car was cleaned only if I paid a fee. Other dealers clean the car as general practice.
