At various points I was left unattended. Had to look for my Mark to find out where the toilets are for example. Poor experience for me overall, was asked to sign paperwork but again with no communication as to what was going on and why. Was left alone to sort the drive away insurance with no help or proper guidnace or advice. On the plus side I was dealt with straight away not having to wait so that was very good. "

"I would not recommend Drive Vauxhall Bristol North because I received a call from Vauxhall drive to come in to have my car evaluated (no intention to renew- this was made clear). I came in on my day off to be greeted with the proposal of renewing. My car was then evaluated as a being in negative equity (despite me giving all of these details on the phone). I was then told I would have to pay to come out of the contract. I would have happily continued As a Vauxhall customer before being offered to come in as I was told the manager was keen to buy be out of my contract as the GTC was favourably of resale. I have come away wasting my day to be given bad news I did not need. The sales man stated on the day that 'if it's any consolation, he had come away without a sale' to which I found highly inappropriate. I asked to see a breakdown of how they work out the equity, to which I was told 'only the manager has access'. I feel the service could be improved by; - having consultations about equity (rough figure) on the phone. - if the customer has no intent to renew, then consider not bringing them in on false pretences.
