"I would not recommend Drive Vauxhall Bristol North because when it comes to servicing and maintenance of the vehicle there are always extras. I had purchased a warranty on the last vehicle, a 1.6 Astra which was sluggish and I had returned to the garage twice for that reason. I was told that the 1.6 engine wouldn't pull the car, which was too heavy. Really? She never improved, utterly embarrassing to drive a car that doesn't respond when you put your foot down. The electric heated seat stopped working, and my understanding was that the warranty covered electrical parts. I was told it would be £50+ for the diagnostic. By this time I was thoroughly fed up with the car and the garage. I bent the key in the door as was going to be charged £80 for another. I took it to a friend at another garage who straightened it for me - just a little customer service common sense applied would have made a big difference there. A business has to make money -but you couldn't have a go at straightening the key? I'm a good customer and have returned as the garage is handy, and I've had Vauxhalls for over 18 years. I had had a Viva for a hire car through work, and loved it, so when I was having my car serviced I had a look at one. Lovely, lovely sales man, persuaded me test drive one and I was off. Decided there and then to buy one. He listened to what I had to say, and I came away with the top of the range model. He understood what I wanted and why. He did Vauxhall proud. He is the reason why I've given 10/10 for everything. It's just a pity the aftersales service is all about making money (feels like wringing every last penny out of you), rather than looking after a good customer. "

Scratch on car only fixed if I payed and on closer inspection didn't appear car was properly cleaned with debris along front bumper and wheel arches. Too much focus selling additional over priced packages, which, if there was commitment to fix the above, I may have considered. Think salesmen done as much as he could but having to paint the panel myself and fix the scratch was dissapointing."
