He was new to the job and he was very thorough, asking for advice from colleagues when he needed to check specifics, this was mainly when the computer system didn't behave! The first car that I was influenced to buy was much more expensive then my budget so when I asked to transfer the deposit to a cheaper car they didn't try to help find me another and I had to find a replacement myself off their website. I then was told my appointment for collection was double booked so there was a lot of waiting around. Upon collection there were marks and stains in the car ( they have however said they can fix this at a later date) finally I was only told after it was too late that would of been eligible for the recommendation incentive even though I had previous conversations with the salesman about my brother recommending me to them after buying a car himself last year. As a result I had to pay for new brake discs and pads which had degenerated while in the garage's care. Also as the infotainment module was missing I also was faced with driving to their branch in Leicester to pick it up or waiting to have it posted."

"I would not recommend Drive Vauxhall Leamington Spa because everything was fine until I paid my deposit and signed my contract. Then it was like I didn't exist. They lost the 2nd key to my car but assured me it would be ordered and I would get it about 3 days later, when I returned to the showroom with a different query a week later and asked about my key the salesman told me it had been ordered but I knew from his face that he had forgotten. He told me I would have it in a few days, that he would contact me. A week later I rang again, my salesman was busy but would ring me back. A few days later I rang again...my salesman was busy but would definitely ring me back! After a couple more days I rang again...suprise suprise my salesman was out and the receptionist didn't know what time he would be back., I told the receptionist I wanted to speak to a manager...none available, she said she would get the Manager to ring me. I told her that I was fed up with being treated like this and that I was still in my 30 day give back period and that if this was not resolved today that I was bringing the darned car back! She promised a manager would ring me. 5 minutes later the salesman that was out had miraculously returned and rang me, no manager ever contacted me. I got my key 4 days later. I honestly feel that once they had my money they just no longer cared, so no, I'm afraid I cannot recommend them because the after care is none existent."

Driver seat surround was broken which was promised would be sorted before I took away which wasn't then had to chase to get done. Offered a courtsey car which wasn't available when I arrived so had to sit and wait in work time. The car was 5999.00 no discount offered at all told it was a black Friday but when looked on line through insurance company the forecourt sale was 5000.00. Also no warranty offered I had to buy. If I didn't like the car so much I wouldn't have purchased. Honda gave me 1 year warranty, 5 days insurance and also some petrol and excellent customer service . "
