"Im happy with your manchester branch. Your stockport branch is extremely poor. I had two free services when i bought my car. After the first one my car came back dirtier than when it went in. On the second free service i specifically requested for my car not to be valeted after the poor job the first time. My car came back washed but with a scratch on the bonnet. This scratch wasnt noted on the form when it went in so VW agreed to touch this up however id of been better off colouring the scratch in with a marker. Six months later i took my car to be serviced at a none VW garage it turned out that the filter couldnt have been changed on the last service due to the extremely poor condition this was in. As a result i will not be reccomending your garage to anybody i know if anything i will be telling them about the incompetance of the stockport branch. Manchester however were helpful when i bought my car and i cant fault the gentleman that initially sold me the car. Just your stockport service team thats poor "

"Inchcape Volkswagen Manchester staff Need to be on the ball more I waited for around 40 mins to give my car in for a service, they didn't know I was waiting there. Person who was dealing with was in a meeting apparently but came to me after 40 mins from a random desk which he was sat on no meeting going on but just two collegues talking. Not happy at all, paying for a service and not even being told what they've done. I requested for someone to see me so I could find another car or part exchange it for one. No one said anything about it I was given a courtesy car. Requested and automatic but given a manuel. Very disappointed. "

"I would not recommend Inchcape Volkswagen Manchester because the customer service was poor, ie: unable to provide history for the vehicle I was looking at an length of time taken to disucss finance agreements with the manager. The salesperson was unable to share either of these with me and went to consult the manager, this took over 1 hour. I requested the background of the vehicle however was advised they did not have it and someone else would need to check, the only details provided were that the vehicle was a previous PCP. The building was very cold, no heating, however tea and coffee were provided. "
