The paperwork was not discussed with my salesman during the purchase and he was rushing me to get off site. Called post transaction to discuss their error with the manager who was very condescending and was not willing to help me as I had already signed the paperwork. He sounded bored and disinterested on the phone and did not care about how I had felt during the transaction"

A dirty hat was behind the seat which was there when I test drove it. It was dirty inside the boot where the lid sits. The car had just had a wash and the bonnet polishe as we had asked. I expected the detailing to be second to non when spending the thick end of £18500 my daughters £6000 car from the Car People was detailed much better! Not impressed!!"

I wasn't rushed and I was given some privacy to make a decision and chat to my family. At no point did I feel pressured which can obviously be a major turn off. The staff even offered me a bacon sandwich I was in the dealership that long! I would definitely buy my next car from there as I love the fact that I got a weeks free insurance, breakdown cover, MOT until May and £10.00 worth of petrol. The service was amazing and I knew I could trust the company and its staff - when they said it was a great car it really was! "

"After booking my car in for a service and a few other problems looked at on a Saturday (garage informed of all of this) and were happy to still book the car in even though the service department is only open untill 1pm. When the garage rang to say the car was ready, I asked about the other problems and they completely lied to me saying there was nothing on the job card for them. When I went down for the car I asked for a copy of the job card which cleared stated the problems I had highlighted. To cut a long story short the general manager got involved and asked if they could sort the problems out another time and they'd provide a courtesy car and pick mine up, I agreed to this. After having the car between 1 to 1 1/2 days they told me I owed £32 and the car came back worst than it went. After I Questioned them about this I was told that I was looking at between £1200 -£1500 to replace potential parts and that if I wanted the problems sorted I needed to spend some money. After wanting a second opinion I took the car to my works garage, after approximately half an hour (and no charge) they seem to of sorted 2 of the problems, saving around £1000 plus and the other that mazda flagged up as needing urgent attention didn't even need doing. What an absolute joke Mazda Leeds is. Will not be using them ever again!!"

"I would not recommend JCT600 Mazda Leeds because bearing in mind I have only owned the car for11 days, I have had to return to Mazda leeds to have the infotainmen firmware updated as it was running an old version and was crashing when a usb device was plugged in. I was initially happy that this was done free of charge however I was also advised after the work was completed that the front brake pads required replacing as they were 70% worn and needed changing within a month or risk damage to the brake disks. They were serviceable when the car was checked prior to me picking up the car but I would say badly worn. Wether this detail is deliberately witheld prior to purchase or not considered important or overlooked when pre sale checks were carried out casts a doubt over commitment to customer service in my opinion. Why was I not advised of this impending extra cost prior to buying the car? you seem to be very proud of your approved used car standard but sell me a car with brake pads that need replacing within a month and I have to pay for them. This news coming 11 days after I have purchased the car, you were doing so well up to this point."

"My experience at JCT600 Mazda Leeds could have been better because on the way home from the garage I had low oil level warning from the engine management, I had to add a litre of oil. As the journey progressed and darkness fell I noticed the dipped lights were almost non existent. (Main beam was fine). Washing the car at home the following day I noticed three dents on the drivers side, two in the door one in the back quarter. I admit I had not seen the when I collected the car but the garage would have seen them as it is their job. However there was no mention. Further investigation in to the poor dipped lights scenario showed that the bulbs had been inserted incorrectly. Now taking into account that the garage stated the car had a full service and MOT how come this could be the case. The MOT if carried out correctly would have shown the lights defective. I lost confidence on whether a comprehensive MOT had been carried out and a proper service. This resulted with my local garage undertaking out a fresh oil change, fitting the bulbs correctly and giving the car a quick check over, they did not find anything else wrong. I made use of a company called Prodent to remove the dents without having to spray. I have not contacted the garage regarding these matters as they would be difficult to prove. I did ring them on the way home regarding the low oil level. I have mixed feelings in writing this review as I am really pleased with the car and the buying experience was great on all counts. But, the issues mentioned, oil, lights and dents just makes you loose confidence. "

"I was happy with the service at JCT600 Mazda Leeds because I was overall happy with the service and car. However in first look at the car I was told the car did have parking sensors. Which was a must for me as my other car had them. When I came to sign and collect the car it came to my attention that the car didn't. I was also expected to pay £25 fee. This was something else that wasn't discussed with me. I also used the call option in the car and I was connected to the previous owner of the car. Who was extremely annoyed that I had rung her due to the system not been reset???? The car need a small work doing to it. And I was told the part would come in within 2 days to go back and be fitted. However 8 days after collecting the car I had to ring up to be put through for the part fitting as it came into the shop but I wasn't contacted. Other than this I am happy with the car. "
