"We called in sat 10/02/18 and we have never had so much pressure on us to purchase a new car! Started well seen straight away said we liked the velar car ( we have purchased a new car here before) went through the options then the big sale came along! My wife had a glass of prosecco offered by the sales manager walking round offering it to everyone i refused he gave my wife a further two glasses, pressure to buy protection for wheels and bodywork and seats, i said no thank you then the sale rep said why not? i said i keep my cars clean, she sat there saying this will keep it like new! i said No she said you should really consider it, i said no again! then saying the car we purchased in 2015 only 10,000 on the clock was the old type engine its a ford engine you know she said! the new one is the land rover engine much better, offered a price for my car £3,000 less than a popular car buyer on the internet for trade in, But what really got to me was i told her and the sale manager the car is for my wife, they was encouraging her to take it for a test drive after drinking 3 glasses of wine i said she is not driving after them drinks other people was drinking and going for test drive's??? we arranged for my wife to come back another day to test drive the car, but on reflection we will not be going back. i cannot believe the drink drive compain about at the moment and they are selling cars in this manner.. Then the sale manager why don't you leave a deposit on the car and we can get the deal in motion to beat the tax raise in march. I have purchased many cars and vans for me and my company and have never had presure put on me like that."

But the after sales is poor. the reason for this is, I found in the car a 2014 road atlas in the vehicle which was from the former owner which I was under the impression that this vehicle had been inspected before resale. Also when I was contacted by the salesperson two days later I explained that the air vent near the drivers door was broken, I was told that somebody from the service department would contact me to make arrangements to have it repaired. As yet two weeks later I'm still waiting!!! Poor aftersales service."
