A wide range of brands and models were available to view (and test drive) and the specifications and details were explained very thoroughly. The enjoyment of the purchase was almost spoiled initially by missing documentation delaying the handover. However - time will tell with regard to after sales.My experience of Charles Hurst Jaguar is not all positive. a few years ago I bought a new XJ Jaguar from Charles Hurst and for the first 2 years everything was fine and I really loved my car but the car started having gearbox problems (locking in park) and although i was given a courtesy car on each occasion (which were many) I felt I really wasn't being taken seriously enough. when the car was only a few days out of warranty the problem re occurred (having recently been in your garage with the same problem) and although they got me mobile again, I wasn't offered a courtesy car in the meantime and I was quite offended by this as I had been extremely patient throughout the previous year. Hurst Jaguar lost me as a customer and I had decide to have no more dealings with Charles Hurst - I am back again and will see how things go this time."

"I would not recommend Charles Hurst Maserati Belfast because the management would prefer to loose a £50k sale than lend a car out for an extra 12 hours. They normally only lend out cars for 24hrs however if the buyer lived a distance from the dealership one would think they could use common sense and introduce some leniency. I was travelling towards the dealership on Friday evening and had agreed with the sales staff to borrow the car over the weekend and return on Monday morning however the management felt I should drive back to Belfast on Saturday to collect the car instead as it would not be possible to have it that extra 12 hours as it would break the company policy. Richard in sales is a fantastic guy but the experience was let down by a "new" management member who clearly lacks experience in any luxury/high end business. I personally work in a high end sales and manufacturing environment and customer experience is one of the most important roles we ingrain into our staff, clearly Charles Hurst over look this when it comes to management. "
