"I would not recommend Bristol Street Mazda Bristol because the first car we test drove and agreed to buy turned out to already be purchased by another customer so technically I had road tested a customers car without their knowledge. We were then called up to say a car had came in so took another 2 hours off from work only to find it wasn't the model we were looking for and yet the salesman still tried to sell it to us. We then decided to buy a more expensive car from Bristol street which when we went to test drive the salesman was loading a sat navigation disc in only to be told if this didn't work the car would come without out? Surely if you advertise a car with sat nav from a main mazda dealers you would expect it to work? Our handover two days later was so bad that my partner and I had no idea how the sat nav or the Bluetooth etc worked we had to sit there with the manual. The general manager then came out who was quickly brought up to speed on the previous problems and then told us to still score the dealership and salesman a 10 out of 10 so the league table still looked good? Not really the way to make a customer feel you are taking their problems seriously and in a lot of workplaces working for the financial conduct authority would also probably be a case for disciplinary action. We now find we have no jack in the car and are still waiting for a phone call back 5 days later so not sure how good the sales check was in the workshop when emergency equipment is missing!"

"I would not recommend Bristol Street Mazda Bristol because although the man who I dealt with during the purchase of the car was helpful this did not continue on with the firm afterwards. After finding that I had not been provided with the necessary information needed with the car I believed it would simply take a phone call to resolve the issue. This was not the case and after endless phone calls lasting up to an hour on multiple occasion I was simply passed from person to person with no resolution. I was then told on two occasion that people would call me back and this failed to happen. The branch from which I purchased the car failed to deal with this issue themselves and instead passed me on to other area stores for them to sort out; the issue is still currently unresolved. "

"I would not recommend Bristol Street Mazda Bristol because The mokka was what I wanted, seen the car on your website and went to my local show room, I put £100 delivery charge down, gave few details and said I would do paperwork once I had seen the car, not realising I had already been accepted for finance, went to view the car upon delivery and the car was dirty which was fine as it was a used car and I opted for diamond bright, so sorted as I am now aware finance is already there, I collect that Friday, the car was wet and I noticed a dent and a few scratches so my sales guy like, say not a problem will book you in etc as he had noticed or had time to check the car over, expect a call on Monday to sort a day, he said. I drove away, I then noticed there was still mud inside the drivers footwell also on the back seat the cup holder had dust few minor reason to make me think the car had only a basic valet and no diamond bright, I also noticed the boot rack was missing (was there on viewing) so I call speak to Luke, address my issues he says he will call me back which was 18/01/2016 I've since called left 3 messages for Luke and I've had no contact and he is not available when I call, so my needs have been left unstatisfeid which the service I've received. "I would not recommend Bristol Street Mazda Bristol because the state of the car I have received. Scratch on the front and above rear wheel arch. Small key scratches around all door handles and small dent in the back door. The interior is spotless but no car mats. Grateful for Paul the regional manager exchanging our faulty car the chrysler yipsilon which we bought from them in last Jan but when we returned to pick the car up Paul was not present and it was like a circus at the dealership. No one was ready to see us when we arrived even though we had an appointment. Felt the test drive was rushed and we were being a burden as the manager sam was trying to sort out someone to take us and so we didn't get chance to inspect the car on the outside. I'd rather fork out my own pocket to fix it myself than go back there. I found one or two people unprofessional regarding other work colleagues. Being in a profession myself I know that highlighting mistakes of other work colleagues doesn't give a good impression and certainly doesn't make you look better! "
