"I would not recommend Charles Hurst Newtownards Nissan because my vehicle had deep scratches and scuff marks on the exterior paintwork it was to be recterfied and ready for collection only to find when I got it home the deep scratches were only touched up and polished and when it rained n car dried you can see all the scratches and scuff marks all over the car also when I got the car home I also noticed the frount seats have burn marks on them no one has emailed me back from the dealership to sort the car out I didn't pay £11000 for this car to such a state I paid for the Car in cash I just want the car sorted "

"The site is conveniently located but very cramped. The directional signage + parking is very poor. No exit sign is provided nor information about exiting if gate is locked - it is all on the outside. I had ordered 'bleepers' but delivery + fitting was delayed as the firm painted the discs for the bumper the wrong colour. No mats came on delivery. I had to ask for them but Nissan mats were not supplied. I stumbled/slipped a few times before small non standard mats were supplied. I am very disappointed that the mats were not fitted: the fitting strap is empty i feel this is still a hazard + not what I was expecting."
