I was able with my partner to look at all the used cars and decide which ones I would like to sit in with no pressure from the salesman. Once we had decided on the one we would like to purchase, everything went very smoothly from the finance to the collection of the car a few days later. The handover was no problem and we now have a really lovely car that we are extremely pleased with."

Our salesman Abdul was ace, if we said “I don’t want that, he didn’t push it” .......he sorted out our disappearing car mats very efficiently too........The ONLY criticism is that sales staff always have to check with a manager before agreeing to any kind of deal, they appear to be powerless regarding negotiation. It’s Frustrating for the customer - change that Perry’s and you would get top marks!"

"I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury because I am really unhappy with the fact I bought a car based on the fact it came with a 5 year warranty. After the 4 days wait and the finance all to go through and then be told that the warranty is only valid if i then get all services and MOT's done with Perry's. to then back out would affect my credit score as I have then had checks done and taken out finance for nothing. I do have the car but I am really bloody unhappy that I now have to pay you guys for MOT's when i have garage i have been going to for years that I now cant use to keep my warranty valid and I have to annual services, which i don't want because I cant be bothered with the hassle and expense when I'll get a new car in a couple of years as I did before. that SHOULD have absolutely been explained prior to me agreeing to take the car. I think this may actually be classed as miss-selling so I will be asking my friend who is the manager of MK hyundai about this 'technique' of gaining sales. I bought my last car from you and now this one, sadly, I won't be buying from you guys again. :( "

"My experience at Perrys Aylesbury could have been better because the sales techniques are highly unprofessional. To be told that depending on the manager on duty that day the price may differ. Despite pointing out that some prices in the forecourt differ to those advertised online, these prices still had not changed on my revisit 3 days later. Finally the dispute between what price had actually been offered via telephone to the one in the showroom at time of purchase with no acceptance of the lies or deceit. I was extremely disappointed with Perry Aylesbury to their conduct and would think again about using them again I'm afraid."

"I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury because they did not keep their promises and I have had very poor aftercare service. When I viewed the vehicle I noticed multiple scratches in the rear window. When I pointed this out I was offered £200 off the screen price, or pay the screen price and the window would be replaced. I gave this a lot of consideration before deciding to purchase the car, and decided to pay the higher price to have the window replaced - so I effectively paid for the window. My main reason for this was to have everything done when I took delivery of the car, so that I did not have the aggravation of sorting it out myself. When I collected the vehicle I was shocked to find that the window had not been replaced; even worse the salesman did not know this until I pointed it out to him. In addition two scuffs and a scratch that I had asked to be polished out had not been touched; I also noticed some dirt marks on the dashboard that I had seen during the test drive, so I believe that the car had not been prepared for handover at all. I paid for Easyguard treatment as part of the purchase cost but I have no confidence that this treatment was carried out. The salesman said he would call me later the day that I collected the vehicle to arrange replacement of the rear window. I had not received a call by around 4pm so had to call him to arrange replacement. The window was replaced on Saturday 4th November, but I had to stay at home all morning to wait for this so I had the inconvenience that I had been trying to avoid - I would otherwise have been taking my son to play football. There was no service book with the car but on the day I collected the car I was promised this would be posted to me. To date I have not received this, now 10 days after purchasing the car. I have had no further calls to check if everything is OK with the vehicle so as far as I am concerned there is zero aftercare/customer care service. "

The saleman Paul Sillwell was very smartly dressed, very polite very friendly, answered all my questions. Took a lot of time explaining new features on the car as I had not changed my car for 13 years, so there are lots of things I did not know about.I had a small problem with the car on driving home from Perry's so I phoned Paul who was really helpful and the problem was solved by a Perry's dealership in my home town 2 days later.
