There has already been a few issues with the car and I have only had it one month such as check engine light coming on and button to move driver see forward to access the back seats of the car is broken. "My experience at Perrys of Preston Vauxhall could have been better because was promised fuel in the car on handover if I signed that day however it was on reserve and when my partner questioned this was told it would get him to the garage ! £10 of fuel reluctantly put in and he was told they don't usually put any fuel in . Still not convinced the paintwork and fabric protection polish was put on which cost me approximately £300.Just feel like I was fobbed off and told me what they wanted me to hear so they could make a sale. Car not serviced so I had to use up my time taking the car back and then back again to pick it up. All in all not a good experience."

The vehicle was sold with full service history however the service book was not stamped invalidating the warranty. The Adblue light came on after circa 1000 miles which means if the service had been carried out it should have lasted at least 12,500 miles. Very poor indeed."

"My experience at Perrys of Preston Vauxhall could have been better because on a follow up call I was advised by Jonathan Green that another sales manager will call me back before 3pm- 4pm as this was the only time I was free. I received a call and a subsequent voicemail at around 4:30pm whic I have chosen not to respond to as it is all in the detail for me. I should of received a call or even a courtesy call to say that they were unable to call me at the specified time. If they cannot get a call back right how can I trust them when purchasing a car? As I say, for me it's all in the detail and first impressions aren't great. "

"I would not recommend Perrys of Preston Vauxhall because 1st there was a valve cap missing off the front passenger side, not a biggy I know just felt it let the look of the car down a bit when I had spent so much. 2nd I agreed with Tim that I could have £10 of petrol in, there wasn’t it was completely on empty. 3rd I was advised after I bought the car and was picking it up that in the new corsa’s in the boot you just get a piece of material over where the spare tyre use to be (Shelf kind of thing). Which is no good for putting stuff in your boot as everything falls in to the hole and can’t keep anything upright. I was advised by Tim that corsa’s don’t supply them anymore but after purchasing the car and visiting another Vauxhall branch to have a look, the same cars all had these in. Also the same make/model at Arnold Clarke also have these in, and this has what has left me feeling a bit under valued and not totally satisfied. When buying the car though I did have a good experience and thought Tim was very helpful."

I have since received an owners manual and an new and empty service booklet apart from 1 stamp dated may 2017,which I presume was an oil change when perrys of Preston got the vehicle, apart from that the booklet is empty and does not identify a vehicle in any way. Therefore as far as I can see I have no proof of any service history. The car I traded in was all up to date and cosia as the salesman told me it should be. So at the moment very disappointed."

We were told that the 5 year warranty for car service could be done at a vat paying garage by sales only to told by service manager it has to be at a perrys garage? And their is no breakdown cover gave me booklet that tells me different warranties to the one I seem to have 1,000 pound max.?"

"I would not recommend Perrys of Preston Vauxhall because the service of the colleague who I bought the car from was appalling, I was messed around over picking up the vehicle because they had forgotten they booked a holiday and then after having to persuade them to find someone else to help me because I had already sorted my insurance out, not only was the car not ready to be picked up at an inconveniently arranged time for myself, no other colleague was aware that I was coming to collect the car and that paperwork still had to be completed. However, I must commend Adam for taking over and taking time to talk me through the paperwork, apologising on behalf of his colleague and finding out the answers to questions I had about the car. His customer service was over and above what I would have expected. He even made sure he was there to hand over my car later in the day when I finally did come back to collect it, so He did make my experience much better. "

Everything went ok on purchasing our car, but once we explained that we did not want to take our any further insurances for a purchase price of £350 per year x 2 - the attitude of the Sales person completely changed and we were informed that this sale would only make him £20. I said that every little helps. Once we got into the car we asked if it had petrol in, but were informed no, we had to get across a very busy intersection of road to get to a petrol station, when the cap was taken off only air came out no petrol in at all (thank goodness it got us to the petrol station). Therefore in my opinion I would not purchase another car from Perrys of Preston. But there is nothing wrong with the car that we bought and I am very happy with the car. "

"Perrys of Preston Vauxhall were very good overall except when taking the vehicle back for a new M.O.T test as requeted by Tim Farrow the salesman I dealt with, I mentioned to the service receptionist that the remote ignition key was still faulty as noticed by Tim Farrow on taking delivery of the vehicle. The service receptionist was unsure hpw to deal with this and ask a passing salesman for advise. The sales persons attitude was very belligerant towards myself and I felt let Perrys down. Upon meeting with Tim Farrow the situation was calmed down and the faulty key was promised to be sorted out. I would hope that for Perrys' sake the belligerant sales person will take time to improve his interpersonal qualites. This aside I am completely satisfied with my experince with Perrys "
