"I would not recommend Perrys Huddersfield Citroen because After waiting over 3 weeks for my V5C to arrive I contacted the DVLA who told me that my vehicle is shown as No Registered Keeper. I rang Perrys and the first person I spoke to said they would look into it but they never rang me back. The second time I rang I was told all the V5C log books are sent in bulk to the DVLA and the person who deals with this is on holiday in the USA. I'm now into the 4th week of ownership and I still haven't received the V5C logbook despite being told by the salesman at the time I collected my car that the logbook would arrive by the end of the following week."

"I would not recommend Perrys Huddersfield Citroen because when I picked up my car, there was a scratch on it. This was sorted, however, the main reason was that we were told that we needed to phone up to pay the balance of the car before picking up. We were abroad and so phoned only to be told that we needed to go into the branch as they couldn't take it over the phone. I then had a text asking me to pay into a bank, not what I call a personal service. I rang to say that as I was abroad I couldn't do this. I was told we would sort it on our return. While on holiday, it was on our minds that when we went to pick up the car that there might be a problem."

"My Car was supposed to be ready tuesday morning (25/07/17) but it was'nt, so the car was booked in for friday afternoon for a valet and the alloy blades to be glued on. I left the car with perrys on friday the 28th only for them to return my car with a fresh scratch on the alloy and a black tar mark on the bodywork ( i have a photo) after seeing the damage perrys said they would ring me to arrange a man to come out and repair the damage ..... which has not happened oh!!! and no valet. when I complained at the time i was shouted out because you were a citroen dealership and dont deal with vauxhalls ..... I don't mind if accidents happen but the arrogance for them to return my car in that state and expect me not to notice is laughable."

The promised contact by the paint chip repair man never materialised resulting in me returning to the dealership 10 days later. At the same time the car has developed a fault which has not been resolved in the 8 days they have had the car. The promised updates as to progress and technical fault details have not been forthcoming and currently I am unclear as to whether my car will be satisfactorily repaired when I return home from holiday. "

"the customer took their van to the dealership after a water leak occurred. He wanted to book the van in for a diagnostic, the customer arrived to collect the car and it had not been done, after that the van was in the garage for the water leak to be fixed. The dealership replaced a part that was the wrong part and the van broke down. 3 weeks at the dealership and the van was still not fixed. The garage charged the customer £600 for the wrong part to be replaced and then tried to charge the customer again to replace the part that they had put in wrongly. The customer was very unhappy. She spoke to the sales manager, who was rude to the customer and she will not be going back to the dealership. She is currently looking to change their cars but has stressed that she will not go back to the dealership."

"My experience at Perrys Huddersfield Citroen could have been better because it was agreed that our old car would be taken in part exchange for the vehicle(old car to be sold for scrap). Realising that the price of part exchanging the vehicle was so low. We said that we would scrap the care ourselves and take a train from Liverpool to Huddersfield to collect the vehicle. We were then told that as the finance deal had been arranged and would require more further paperwork to remove the part exchange; it was agreed that we would fuel the car(that was being exchanged) drive it to Huddersfield and in return our new care would be given a full tank of fuel for us to drive back with.This would mean we would not be out of pocket. On returning the car back to Liverpool the fuel warning light came at which point I realised that the car had not been fuelled as promised. This let down an otherwise good experience in dealing with Perry's. We have purchased our previous car from a Perry's dealership in Blackburn the customer care received from that dealership was excellent so I was surprised by this occurrence. "
