He provided lots of information, gave us a test drive, even sent us a video of the car before we came for a drive. He had the car ready for us on arrival and answered all our questions. The best thing was that he was not pushy but yet very friendly. I had another car organised to look at that day and we eventually bought it, purely because we preferred it. This was no reflection on your service, we just preferred the other car. Rodney was exactly the type of sales person I like, very natural, honest, trustworthy and genuine, and if I were to be looking for a car here again I would ask to deal with him specifically."

"I would not recommend Charles Hurst Newtownards Renault because I was told my car required £2000 worth of repairs which basically rendered my car worthless. I was told there could be heard a knocking sound (which I still can't hear) and it therefore would need a big end bearing. I was told this would be a long complicated job. I have since got the opinion of 2 separate garages who have questioned the costing. When I went back to Charles Hurst Newtownards I was told that "both sides would need fixed and then there's the oil" I asked if it would be possible to get a breakdown of the cost and was told this would be emailed without a problem. To date I still have not received this. Unfortunately I got the impression that my 2010 Megane with circa 70000 miles was not viewed as a saleable commodity and this is fine if it had been conveyed to me in this manner. "
