"Shambolic. Never experienced such incompetence from a main dealer. Untrustworthy liar of a salesman allowing me to leave the forecourt with a tyre pressure warning light illuminated, told that it would extinguish after some time driving now the workshop had reset it. Took car to my local dealer next day to have it looked at by proper technicians only to be told that not only what the salesman told me was lies about the warning light, but also that the car didn't even have a warranty set up on Nissan's systems. £30ks worth of 370Z Nismo. Disgusting service. Nissan customer service had to tell me about the 3 year RAC breakdown. I guess the salesman forgot to tell me this during my non existent handover. Just to top it all off, the car cut out on the forecourt due to running out of petrol. I can only assume that the reason these events took place is because the deal was so good on the car that there was hardly any profit margin therefore no effort was made. In addition, I refused to pay the phantom £89 admin fee that magically appeared on the order form. Admin fee? For what? Checked with my local dealer and they've never heard of admin fees being added to cars. Unfortunately Sandicliffe you have re-enforced further the reasons people have a negative attitude towards Dealers. Obviously I cant say this is the general service that everyone would receive from this dealer but in my case I found them to be cowboys. Nothing less. "

"My experience at Sandicliffe Nottingham Nissan could have been better! the sales process was slick and easy to deal with, I couldn't of been happier with Wesley and the manor in which he conducted himself, However Wesley's manager left me with a very sour taste in my mouth, his attitude was one of little interest and arrogance, i had to return the car due to a problem with the rear doors being unable to be opened, the car came with a 30 day warranty as standard to which i upgraded to 12 months, the car was due to be repaired but the work was cancelled by the manager! the problem is still in place as he was unwilling to repair the fault until a month had passed So he can claim the value of the parts back! as a father of 2 god for bid an accident occurred and I was unable to open the doors to retrieve them, an argument that has fallen on deaf ears. an offer of a free valet in a months time by way of compensation is sadly not a reasonable response when it comes to the issue of child safety. the manager throughout this process has seemingly been more interested in protecting his bottom line rather than doing the right thing. the car was MOT'd and serviced before delivery i struggle to now believe the validity of these actions now. "
