"The sales staff put through my appliction form in a quick but fair manor. Having bought the car from Alan the sales guy who talked the talk. Having driving the car home (20miles) the engine light comes on was not happy. took it back on the next day waited 3 more days to here that the car is fixed and all is good. 4 hours of getting the car back the same fault has came on and code 174 is flashing (what was done in the 3 days Who Knows). Also when driving it wont go into 3rd gear now. so goes back to Charles Hurst. Where i am dealt with by Colin. 2 weeks later still no car and getting excuses from the team on what has went wrong. As you can tell im very disappointed in the whole thing. and if anyone ever asked me would i buy of these again i would say no way. Ill make sure that i tell everyone about the poor service i had from Charles hurts Boucher road Vauxhall"

I travelled 40 mins to view the car in which had just been sold !! No one contacted me to inform me of this. I then spoke to James about another vehicle that I wanted to view. He was very nice and helpful however car should have been clean to view as alot more marks on it than I realised. I raised concerns about wheel alignment which should have been fixed. When my wife brought vehicle home I was very disappointed in the interior and exterior of the car. Very poor valet completed , obviously not enough time spent. Wheel alignment not fixed. And a torn rear wiper. Surely a vehicle check should have been completed before passing it of Did contact James about my concerns and was rebooked to look out. Awaiting a part for car and then vehicle will go in again. Despite these issues James Willis has been more than helpful and professional when trying to resolve this for us ."

It took nearly 2 weeks for work to be done which should be done mainly before car was advertised. The communication between me and Charles Hurst was horrible!! I been told the sale person was at the meeting or with client and had to wait 4/6 hours for them to ring back....And that was quick! As mostly i had to ring back next day as my phonecall wasn't returned. On 1 ccassion i had waited 3 days​ for Hurst to ring me, which they haven't! When i have been told that Hurst will ring me next morning never happened! I had to ring myself every time. At this moment i would not recommend it or speak positively about the company."

Further I have had to wait 5 weeks for 2 missing elements of the car 1. The lid for the boot 2. The instruction booklet I have sent emails and made phone calls, yet have to do all the chasing! I was given different reasons as to why the part for the boot was missing! On the night I purchased the car the Salesman rushed to pump up the aback wheel. Upon driving home the pressure warning came on! I phoned back to be told it was a slow puncture! And that it would be fixed early the following week! I visited a garage 9 times over the weekend to top up the pressure! By the time an appointment was arranged to get it fixed (1 week later) I had gone and got it fixed mayself - oh and it wasn't a slow puncture! The alloy has been fixed wrong which caused the wheel to lose air!!! I have no follow up phone call - but I did receive an email telling me that touching up the paint work could not be authorised! Seriously not happy and I was not be using Charles Hurst again. And I will be proactively advising others against thinking about it! Yet all I wanted was for Charles Hurst to look at the paintwork and given the messing about and lack of aftercare, it was a fairly simple thing to ask! Halfords priced the paint, for touch up at £6.99, yet Charles Hurst wouldn't even advise looking into it for me! Extremely disappointed! The early part of the process was great! The aftercare??? Makes you realise that all you are is a "sale" - not a future user! Which I was, but won't be now! Gary Alcorn (Oh and can my missing parts please be delivered as I don't have them yet) "
