BMW 3-series tops the leader boardBack

The BMW 3-series has been named the most popular car searched for on the Netcars website, followed closely by the Volkswagen Golf and the Ford Focus.

BMW also dominated the top twenty searches in October on the same website for models such as the BMW 5-series, the BMW 1-series and the BMW X5.

BMWs remain one of the most popular makes of car on today’s roads and it is easy to see why. The BMW 3-series has all the qualities you need in a luxury car, and tops the scale for style, performance and ride quality making it an attractive purchase for executive car buyers.

Once you’ve driven a BMW car, you’ll find it hard to ever want to drive anything else, as executive, family cars go, it’s a real winner. The 1-series is the perfect choice for a small family or a professional, offering great performance coupled with average space and comfort for passengers.

The BMW 3-series is one of the most popular choices of model as it suits all types of driver, offering a saloon or an estate version which maximises on comfort and practicality as well as offering incredible drive capability.

Choose the BMW 5-series and you’ll benefit from even more luxury, plenty of equipment as standard, more space and a drive which is second to none. There’s even the Z4 convertible for the ultimate fun ride experience and the X1, X3, X5 and X6 series which demonstrates off-road driving at its very best.

What contributes towards BMW cars excelling over many other rival cars is their ability to save on fuel. Thanks to BMW’s clever Stop-Start technology which set precedence over many rival makes, it has the ability to maximise on fuel whilst keeping its CO2 emissions low meaning you’ll pay less tax. In fact, you’ll save more cash opting for a BMW 3-series than its popular rival the Audi A4.

BMW cars are not cheap, but they hold their value well so whether you opt to buy a new or used BMW car, you’ll see the benefit when it comes to selling it on.
