driving-digital4Following the successful launch of NFDA Trusted Dealers Driving Digital events last year, we are organising two new roadshows focusing on selling more used cars, finance and how digital marketing will facilitate your sales growth.

The events will take place on:

TUESDAY 13 MAY DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
THURSDAY 15 MAY DONNINGTON VALLEY HOTEL NEWBURY

The meetings will commence at 9.30 for a 10.00 am start and conclude with a buffet lunch.

Driving Digital 3 is intended to help franchised dealers – MD’s, used car directors, marketers and F & I specialists – make the most of their online presence and improve customer experience to gain increased sales and margin.

We will be looking at hot topics including used car sourcing and residual values, customer satisfaction, Consumer Credit and the FCA from a dealer perspective, digital marketing response, best practice in lead management and social media. The events will feature presentations from industry leaders in digital marketing and used cars, top dealer groups and an F & I specialist. We will also include an update of the work we have been doing to promote dealer standards and the added value of using a franchised dealer.

We are pleased to confirm a strong line-up of speakers for the event:

Chas Hallett, Editor in Chief, What Car? magazine who will set the scene with the consumer perspective – attitude to used car buying and a particular focus on aftersales.

Scott Sinclair, Automotive specialist at Google will be on hand to explain the latest online car buyer behaviours, leaving you with practical advice as to how dealers can capitalise on these trends.

Karen Wagstaffe, NFDA Compliance will outline the support for NFDA dealers around the CCA and FCA and provide practical advice backed up with a dealer perspective from Peter Stewart from Vertu Motors and Paul Elder from Inchcape.

Neil Addley, Managing Director, Trusted Dealers will give the latest insight into customer satisfaction, lead management best practice and used car marketing tips. He will be joined by Lee Manning, Perrys and Mark King, Benfield.

Adrian Rushmore, Editor of CAP will establish the current trends in used car searches, pricing and sourcing – as well as an eye to the future.
