FCA’s Guide to Cyber SecurityBack

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a new guide to the foundations of good cyber security. The guide is designed to help firms become more resilient to cyber attacks and to respond appropriately to cyber incidents. The guide explains when a firm may need to report a cyber incident, how to report it, and who to report it to. It also sets out how to link with the UK networks for sharing threat information.

More information can be found by visiting the FCA’s cyber resilience webpage.

Good cyber security ‒ the foundations

Cyber attacks are increasing in number, scale and sophistication, and pose a threat to all financial services firms. We expect you to be able to protect the sensitive information you hold. Is your firm capable of defending itself against cyber attacks?
