nfdaThe NFDA has recently carried out a consumer perception survey.  The survey  will set out to highlight the consumer perception of franchised dealers and why their services are used or  not.

The survey will be carried out twice a year on behalf of the NFDA by a research organisation called Dipsticks Research Limited.  They are specialists in consumers surveys and have undertaken this specialist type of survey for a number of large sectors.

1000 consumers of all ages and backgrounds took part in the survey.  There was an equal split of respondents who used franchised dealers, independents or used a combination of the two.

Over a period of time the surveys will capture a perception trend.  The results of the initial survey have produced some interesting reading and if you would like to receive a copy of the results please email
