Every six months, we collect the views of franchised car dealers on their ongoing relationship with their manufacturers/importers. The NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey is the only Survey in the industry which is non-profit making and completely independent of any manufacturer/supplier involvement. The results and, in particular, the trends identified are increasingly the subject of manufacturer interest and provide an invaluable platform for airing dealer concerns.
In recognition of the number of multi-franchise sites, we are again asking for your help in completing a separate questionnaire for each new car franchise held at the same location (including dual franchises, e.g. BMW/Mini). The survey is now available on-line as well as the usual hard copy. For a copy of the survey please email email@example.com or simply log onto www.snapsurveys.com/nfda Please ensure you only complete either a hard copy survey or the on-line one. You can go on-line multiple times to complete a separate survey for each of the brands you represent at each of your sites. It is our goal to make the survey an on-line tool in the future. To enable us to this we need to have captured a significant number of dealer email addresses. It would greatly assist us if you could help us in this process by emailing any key contact email addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Dealer Attitude Survey is critical in allowing the NFDA to lobby manufacturers on behalf of dealers to improve the relationship and balance of power between dealers and manufacturers. It is therefore essential that we receive a response to the survey in order to maintain its credibility as the industry’s leading independent survey.
