NFDA To Host Roundtable Discussion On Unfair Trading Practices In Brussels With Key StakeholdersBack

nfdaThe NFDA is holding a roundtable discussion ‘Achieving a fairer EU internal market: how can the EU help address Unfair Trading Practices in the automotive sector’ in Brussels on Wednesday 25 May.  We are delighted that UK Conservative MEP Daniel Dalton, a leading voice on current EU automotive policy issues, will share his views with us at the event.

The NFDA is hosting this event in order to foster constructive discussion between key UK and EU public and private stakeholders as to what the EU has done, is doing and should do in order to address the issue of UTPs in the automotive sector. A political perspective will be given by MEP Daniel Dalton, who is currently overseeing the European Parliament’s response to new proposals on type approval of cars in the wake of last year’s emissions scandal.

The NFDA will offer its perspective as the representative of franchised car and commercial vehicle dealers in the UK.

We will report back to members following the meeting.
