Setting the standards in used car marketingBack became part of the National Franchised Dealers Association [NFDA) in May last year and this has allowed us to work together to grow the number of members, underpin the Trusted Dealers 10 Points of Difference with NFDA standards and work with the NFDA steering groups and executive to develop the Trusted Dealers proposition to dealers and consumers.

Trusted Dealers was established by car dealers for car dealers to stand against the frustration caused by the seemingly relentless price increases from other classifieds. In that regard, they are here to keep other media “honest”.

But it’s about more than that. Our members, NFDA members, invest in facilities, training and equipment to offer car buyers bespoke and tailored servicing and maintenance repairs to the very highest level and we need to have a voice to promote this.

That’s why we are proud that NFDA Trusted Dealers is exclusively What Car? Approved, meaning we have sole use of this channel and are the only dealers who can claim What Car? Approval on all of our website and marketing material.

To make life easy, Trusted Dealers has agreements with the stock feed suppliers and to keep costs down, takes payments by direct debit.

While other classifieds seem to appear (and disappear) almost monthly, Trusted Dealers is the franchised dealer’s own “trade-backed” website and supporting it should be a no-brainer. It doesn’t have a profit motive – just a burning desire to deliver more leads and serve its members.

Trusted Dealers offers transparent reporting, which means our members can log in to see the number of calls and email enquiries they have received and they can also use their own tracking numbers.

Trusted Dealers takes a lead from the NFDA Executive, steering groups and regional meetings, as well as our Driving Digital events, less formal channels and direct contact with Trusted Dealers’ management team.

We have a unique campaigning stance and NFDA Trusted Dealers is in a unique position to promote the benefits of buying a used vehicle through a Trusted, Franchised, Dealer.
