Andy Bateman, head of group operations at JCT600, and Jardine Motors Group operations director Jason Cranswick will provide insights and share their groups’ video journeys as part of the best practice masterclass which will be hosted by CitNow’s UK MD, Alistair Jeff.
Free to attend for dealers and manufacturers with pre online registration, Automotive Management LIVE takes place at Milton Keynes Arena on 16 November and is unique in the sector. The new one-day expo incorporates a range of supplier exhibitors, the AM100 Lounge, a law clinic, F&I theatre and a series of best practice seminars.
Jeff will explore the evolving role of video and how it is now being used as a key communication tool between both customers and prospects at all levels of the business. Both Bateman and Cranswick will draw on their experiences to show how video has earned its place at the heart of their individual groups.
JCT600 now produces a consistent number of videos or around 3,000 per week after launching in April 2015 and taking just six months to reach this level of output. Just 18-months ago, employees at Jardine Motors Group were producing few pieces of video footage but in July, their output reached 18,000 videos compared to just 200 in February 2015.
Commented Jeff: “We are delighted to welcome two such prestigious dealer clients to take part in our masterclass which will add a new dimension to the session. Attendees will gain an even wider understanding of video application and its potential from the very people who are using it every day and enjoying the benefits it delivers.”
