Following the NFDA Driving Digital Roadshow held last week where we covered the changes to consumer credit, we have received a large number of calls from members requiring assistance. This is a timely reminder to NFDA members to contact ‘NFDA Compliance’ which provides guidance and advice to members as to how to comply with the new consumer credit regime. Full details below.
This week’s news also contains an update from the DVLA on their plans to launch the ‘digital radio tick mark’ initiative. Dealers can apply for a licence to use the tick mark from 1 June. This update also outlines a number of other campaigns the DVLA are undertaking.
Finally, the recent published NAMA LCV report shows that during April the average value of used LCVs at auction across the board decreased by -2.3% from £4,794 to £4,685. If you would like to receive a copy of the full report please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
