The new heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) sales figures for the first quarter of the year were released this week. It is extremely positive to see that demand was up 19.2% to 10,363 units, showing a strong and stable growth.

Also, results revealed by the ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association) showed that European commercial vehicles registrations rose 14.6% to 195,013 units in April, recording a positive increment across all sectors.

Accountancy firm MacIntyre Hudson (MHA) is conducting a study to understand more about the issues and challenges facing dealerships.  The survey, split into three areas: financial performance drivers, operational performance drivers and future industry outlook, is included in today’s news.
