This week we attended the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham where we met with a number of MPs and Ministers. The conference provided us with valuable information, in particular about the future of the UK following Brexit, and it also gave us the opportunity to raise the profile of our mileage fraud campaign. Please find full details in this week’s newsletter.
Next week we will have a press launch of the results of our second NFDA Consumer Attitude Survey. The survey has given us extremely useful insights into consumers’ attitudes towards servicing and repair in the retail automotive sector. We will share our findings with you in next week’s newsletter.
