This week saw new passenger car registrations figures for November rising 2.9% and reaching for the first time 2.5 million units in the first eleven months of the year. Year to date, the market remains 2.5% higher than last year. Positively, the light commercial vehicle market rose 2.5% in the month marking the highest November on record. Following discussions with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), we have revised figures for the new Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) rates from 1 April. This has clarified previously confusing information from the agency. Please see more details in today’s news.
