This week’s NFDA news features a legal update from MILS concerning company failures. MILS have also provided two case studies on terms and conditions of employment and binding of contracts, which I hope you will find of interest.
I have recently attended the NADA convention in the USA where over 22,000 dealers, trade associations and affiliates attending from all over the globe. The workshops I attended provided a good insight into the issues that dealers all over the world have to face. I met with a number of my counterparts from India, Australisa, America and across Europe where we discussed a number of common topics about the automotive industry.
Finally, we are approaching our next round of NFDA Regional Dealer Forums being held during March. These meetings are a good way to meet like-minded dealers representing a range of franchises and size of business. If you would like to take part please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
