Members will be aware that the Consumer Rights Act will come into force on 1 October 2015. To assist members, the NFDA will be holding a workshop on the Consumer Rights Act and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the Hilton Warwick on 11 September. This will be an opportunity for dealers to gain a valuable insight into the new act which is due to have a major impact on businesses, and the way in which consumers will be given significant new rights when buying goods and services. If you would like to attend this workshop please contact Louise Woods on firstname.lastname@example.org.
