Great turn out for Driving Digital 2Back


Robert Forrester and Mark Squires, CEOs of Vertu Motors and Benfield Motor Group respectively, were amongst the key speakers at Driving Digital 2. Sue Robinson opened the conference and then Robert outlined the background to Trusted Dealers and its direction over the coming months in taking the fight to aftersales.

Hugh Dickerson from Google then took us on a typical service customers journey through the online jungle using James Bond for his case study. This set the scene for Mark Squires to outline the rational behind NFDA Standards for Aftersales. These will underpin the 10 Points of Difference on aftersales which we will take to market next year.
